  • Unlimited telephone and email conversations six months prior to event
  • Introductory contact and information packet for all contracted vendors
  • Personalized, detailed timeline of entire event day
  • Personalized, detailed diagram of your event setup
  • Copies of personalized timelines and diagrams distributed to all day-of vendors
  • Guidance with theme selection
