Every event package includes a complimentary consultation where we get to know you, your vision, and start to spark ideas for your event.  We create a personalized timeline that is specific to your event day needs and distribute it to all day-of service providers to ensure that everyone is on track for your function.  We also design a custom diagram of your event space, your specific setup, and your distinguished design so that you and your vendors can visualize the setup plan. 

Full Planning Packages:
Chartreuse, Tangerine, and Indigo

You determine the level of involvement in this series!  We offer total event design or a recommendation-and-referral system to create your vision of your function.  Either way, you save the stress because we do the research and present a balanced offering for your approval. You get to enjoy being the star of the show while Vivid Events directs your function according to plan.


Coordination Packages:
Turquoise and Magenta

Choose from full-day coordination or program-only coordination with a convenient support mix of your design and research plus our experience and production.  These packages allow you to host and direct your function while we manage the multitude of behind-the-scenes logistics. 


Management Package:

Perfect for the DIY client who wants to pick the brain of an experienced  professional!  This package includes a two hour consultation during which we can answer your event planning questions, recommend vendors, discuss budgeting, information and presentation format, food and beverage needs, and more.  This commonly includes function-specific tips, packing lists, lodging and logistics, and sourcing for out-of-town guest welcome bags.  We also throw in a one hour wrap-up tele-meeting the month of your event, to catch any loose ends and answer questions that have developed.  Our favorite topic for event consultations is giving the budget-conscious client options to  accomplish their event's tactical goal while wowing
their clients, guests, and employees!
