  • Review and advisement of service quotes to minimize cost and adhere to event budget
  • Follow up contact with all event vendors to finalize details and confirm final payment balances
  • Joint final meetings with up to four service providers of your choice
  • Complete wedding rehearsal coordination (1 ½ hours)
  • Pre-ceremony, wedding ceremony, reception, and post-reception coordination (8 hours)
  • Secondary day-of coordinator to assist in set up and operations (4 hours)

  • Planning sessions at 10-18 months, 6-10 months, 4-6 months, 1-2 months, and 1 week prior to event
  • Unlimited telephone and email conversations six months prior to event

  • Personalized, detailed timeline of entire event day
  • Personalized, detailed timeline of ceremony (if applicable)
  • Personalized, detailed diagram of your event setup

  • Recommendation and referrals of up to ten event service areas of your choice, including, but not limited to:
